nutmeg or cinnamon, for sprinkling

Beat the eggs slightly
Add the honey, vanilla, salt, and hot milk
Beat lightly with a wooden spoon to mix
Pour into 4 individual ramekins
Place in a pressure cooker with capacity for 6 liters, over an empty can of pineapple or a metal stand
Add water, close the pressure cooker lid, and cook exactly 2 1/2 minutes after the valve starts moving or steam comes out
Remove from heat and let cool
Open the pressure cooker
Remove the ramekins, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, and refrigerate before serving
Serves 4
Note: If desired, do not use cinnamon or nutmeg and serve with a little of your preferred ice cream.
