6 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)

300g medium-sized shrimp
300g cod fillets cut into small pieces
300g mussels without shells
300g pollock in small pieces

1 sprig of parsley

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
4 drops red pepper sauce

Cook the shrimp and fish separately in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes or until they're al dente
Then, drain and set aside
Rinse the pollock under cold running water, then soak it in lime juice

In a pot, bring four cups of water to a boil with the onion, parsley, olive oil, and salt
Add the pollock and cook for 40 minutes or until it's tender
Then, drain and cut into small pieces
Discard the onion and parsley

In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, shrimp, fish, pollock, and mussels
Add the dressing ingredients and mix well
If desired, serve inside half of a papaya.
