500 g of cleaned and steamed squid, cooked for 5 minutes
1 small octopus of 500 g, cooked in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes
1 kg of medium-sized shrimp, cooked by steam for 5 minutes
1/2 cup of black olive slices
2 chopped onions
1 green pepper diced
1 red pepper diced
4 stalks of fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
