1 cooked chicken, about 1 1/2 kg, shredded
1 jar of white scallions (or 300 g)
5 medium-sized radishes, sliced thinly
10 stuffed olives, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 cup salad seasoning (vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper)

1/2 cup salad seasoning (vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper)
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the salad seasoning
Add the salad seasoning and stir gently
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
