1 package of lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 pineapples, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 package of lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 pineapples, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water
Add cold water, lime juice, salt, and mayonnaise
Whisk until smooth
Beat well
Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes
Pour into a mold or individual cups
Beat until light and fluffy
Combine the pineapple, celery, and nuts
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Unmold and refrigerate until serving time
