2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of boiling water
lime juice from 1 lime
pepper sauce to taste
salt to taste
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 1/2 cups of mashed avocado
1 cup of fresh or canned whipped cream (zested with lime)
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of boiling water

Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes
Dissolve in boiling water
Combine the lime juice, pepper sauce, salt, and onion
Let it cool and mix in the avocado, whipped cream, and mayonnaise
Blend well
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve over lettuce leaves
