300 g of grey shrimp (left overnight to rehydrate)

3 seedless tomatoes, diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1/3 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste

Rinse the grey shrimp
Spread them on a cloth and massage with the same cloth until all shells are removed

In a saucepan (optional), place water and grey shrimp, and cook until tender but still firm
