2 cups of cooked macaroni (1 cup, rough)
1 1/2 to 2 cups of cooked meat. Sliced into thin strips (ham, tongue, chicken or salami)
1/2 cup of thin slices of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of thin slices of prato cheese
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup of diced green bell pepper
3/4 to 1 cup of mayonnaise

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, using mayonnaise to bind everything
