In a bowl, combine the tomato, lime juice, salt, cilantro, pepper, and arugula
Mix well
Add the papaya chunks and stir gently
Serves 2 people
This salad can be served inside the papaya halves
If desired, remove the papaya pulp with a ball-shaped cookie cutter instead of cutting into cubes.
