For the salad
4 cups of watermelon, cut into 2 cm cubes
Lemon wedges, halved
Torn lettuce leaves
8 radishes, sliced thinly
1 small red onion, sliced thinly
1 cup of chopped nuts (coarsely)
For the dressing
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
4 green shallots, chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of black pepper

Combine the salad ingredients
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients well
Pour it over the salad and mix gently

Note: To get lemon wedges, remove all white parts from each one
Cut into wedges without the surrounding peel
