1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
2 cups of boiling water
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of lemon juice
optional, to taste
1 cup of peeled and diced cucumber
1 cup of radishes, peeled and sliced into rounds
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
1 tablespoon of flavorless gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
2 cups of boiling water
1 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup of lemon juice
optional, to taste
1 cup of peeled and diced cucumber
1 cup of radishes, peeled and sliced into rounds
1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water; add hot water to dissolve
Combine salt, lemon juice, and optional ingredients, if using
Refrigerate until slightly firm
Add remaining ingredients and pour into a ring mold lightly greased with oil
Refrigerate until firm
Fill the center of the salad with chopped lettuce, if desired
Serves 6 portions of approximately 20 calories each.
