6 red peppers

Wash the peppers, remove seeds and stems, and chop off tops
Roast them in the oven
Once they're roasted, peel off skin
Cut into strips, about 1/4 inch thick, and season with vinegar dressing and garlic
This final seasoning can be omitted for those who don't appreciate it.
