200g of mozzarella cheese in slices

Beat the ingredients in a blender
Heat a small non-stick pan, grease with butter, and cover the bottom with the batter
When it's dry, flip it over using a spatula to brown both sides
Filling
Season the tomato slices with olive oil, oregano, and salt
Divide the ingredients into two portions
In two plates, assemble the salad by layering pancakes, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, chicken breast, and tomatoes
Repeat until all ingredients are used up
Sprinkle oregano and decorate with chicken.
