100g of firm ricotta cheese (wrapped in banana leaf)

Soak the gelatin in cold water and dissolve it in boiling water
Let it cool slightly
Refrigerate until it thickens lightly
Combine the cucumber, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt
Cover the bottom of a 1-liter mold with a layer of gelatin
Cut the ricotta into 12 cubes and arrange them on top of the gelatin in a design
Refrigerate until firm
Add the remaining gelatin mixture and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve surrounded by lettuce, garnished with cucumber slices and radish rosettes
Serve with salad dressing or seasoning
