Wash and dry the radicchio leaves
Place the pear slices in lemon juice to prevent them from browning at serving time
Just before assembling the salad, place the pears on a colander to drain
In a salad bowl arrange the shredded radicchio and top with the pears
Dress with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
