Heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the cabbage, olives, bell pepper, tomato, coconut milk, and salt
Simmer and let cool. Reserve
Beat the eggs, mix with flour, and combine with the cooked mixture
Place in a greased refrigerator and bake in a medium oven until golden.
