Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
Beat the butter or margarine until creamy, then add the mayonnaise, tomato paste, and egg yolks passed through a fine-mesh sieve
Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Place the mixture in a piping bag and fill the eggs
Garnish with a small piece of red pepper and chopped fresh parsley
