Recipe for cocktail bite dough
To make the white sauce:
5 tablespoons of butter or margarine
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of salt
black pepper to taste
Options for filling:
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and mustard to taste
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of cooked ham, chopped, and mustard to taste
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of a mixture of parsley, dill, and green onion (50g)
120g of canned sardines or cooked shrimp, chopped
Recipe for cocktail bite dough

Mix the dough and drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet with about 5 cm between each bite
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes
Turn off the oven
Poke each bite with a fork
Let cool
Make the white sauce: melt the butter
Add the flour and mix well
Add the milk, mixing vigorously
Bring to a simmer, then cook for an additional 2 minutes
Add one of the filling options (Parmesan cheese, ham, etc.) or use leftover meat, poultry, fish, potatoes, etc
Cut the bites in half, fill, and close
Yield: 50 units.
