Remove the outer leaves from the red cabbage and cut off the core very close to the base
Doubling a layer of leaves back and forth, cut out the core of the red cabbage from the inside
This way, the cabbage transforms into a vessel for the salad
Soak the red cabbage in cold water for 1 hour and then drain
Mix together the remaining ingredients and fill the red cabbage
Garnish with mayonnaise and red bell pepper in brine.
