1 large cabbage head of about 750 g

12 slices of salami
2 small pickled peppers, cut into 4 pieces
Half a kilogram of cooked ham, cut into squares

Shred the cabbage
Don't use the hard center part
Place it in a bowl
Pour boiling water over it to cover
Let it sit for 5 minutes
Drain well
Add the onion, sugar, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Before serving, drain again
Mix the mayonnaise and vinegar
Pour it over the cabbage
Mix again
Place in a lettuce-lined bowl or casket, if desired
Wrap a slice of pickled pepper around each salami slice and arrange on top of the cabbage
Cut the ham into small squares and arrange on one side of the cabbage.
