Soak the sesame seeds in mineral water (or filtered water) for 8 hours to soften
Drain the water
Assemble the salad: combine the radish, pear, Treviso brot, and sesame seeds
Sprinkle with hazelnut picada and season with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt
Serve immediately
