1/2 cup of olive oil (120 ml)
1/3 cup of orange juice (80 ml)
4 tablespoons of vinegar
1 medium white onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of salt or to taste
1 large agrião, sliced
1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced
6 medium tangerines, peeled and segmented
3/4 cup of crumbled gorgonzola cheese (110 g)

Using a hand mixer, blend together in a small bowl the olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, and white onion, finely chopped
Season with salt and mix well
Combine the agrião and red onion in a large bowl and season with a little of the dressing
Transfer to a salad bowl and arrange the tangerine segments on top of the salad
Sprinkle with crumbled gorgonzola cheese
Serve immediately with the remaining dressing
