5 cups of cornmeal flakes
1 cup of dried raisins cut into strips
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of butter
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 pinch of black pepper
1 medium onion diced

In a large skillet, over low heat, sauté the garlic and onion in butter for five minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, for another five minutes or until the cornmeal is well combined
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
