Soak the pork rind slices in water and squeeze well
Fry the finely chopped onion in butter or margarine until translucent
Remove the parsley leaves from the stems
Process the ground beef with the onion, egg, pork rind, and parsley using a food processor or multipractic
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Refrigerate
Remove the seeds and white parts of the bell peppers
Finely chop and mix
Form meatballs with the meat mixture and press into the bell peppers tightly
Place on a strainer
Place the strainer over a boiling water pot and steam for about 6 minutes
Add some 50 almonds.
