4 red pimento peppers

Cut the pimento peppers into 3 cm squares
Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adjusting seasoning as needed
Check the seasoning and add salt to taste
Spread over the pimento pepper squares and serve on toothpicks or cocktail skewers.
