Cut the yuca into slices and cook it with milk, salt, and chopped sweet sorghum
Wait for the yuca to absorb most of the milk and become tender
Then, while still warm, pass everything through a food processor
Don't let it cool down quickly, and add in margarine and light cream
Mix well
Return the mixture to the pan over low heat to reheat
Serve immediately, accompanying poultry or fish
