1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
pepper or sweet paprika to taste
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices of cooked ham
4 thin slices of processed cheese or mozzarella cheese
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 tablet chicken broth or
1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons white wine

In a plate, mix the all-purpose flour, Parmesan cheese, green onion, parsley, and pepper. Reserve
In a small bowl, heat the 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine in the microwave
Brush the inside of the boneless, skinless chicken breasts with the melted butter and place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on the buttered side of the breast
Fold the breast in half and fold the ham or cheese to be inside the "sandwich"
Brush the outside of the sandwich with the remaining butter and coat with the all-purpose flour mixture
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a rectangular refractory dish
Sprinkle with the remaining all-purpose flour mixture
Heat in the microwave at medium power, uncovered, for 10 minutes
Flip the chicken breasts and sprinkle with the remaining all-purpose flour mixture
Heat again in the oven at medium-high heat for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the meat is tender
For the sauce: melt the 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine in the microwave
Combine the flour and granulated bouillon
Mix well
Add the parsley, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Add the milk and wine
Mix well again
Heat in the microwave at high power, uncovered, for 4-6 minutes, stirring three times
Serve over the chicken breast.
