Chop the broccoli, separating the stems from the florets
In a large saucepan, cover the broccoli with water, season with salt, and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and cook until tender (about 12 minutes)
Drain and reserve 10 florets
Blend the remaining broccoli with butter in a processor until smooth
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with reserved florets, and serve hot
