Dissolve the beef bouillon tablet in boiling water
Place the rice in a 31 x 19.5 cm rectangular baking dish, greased
Add the rice and drained vegetables
Pour the hot broth over the top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 200°F for 25 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated and the rice is tender
Add the butter and mix gently with a fork
Let it sit for 6 hours.
