Rolls:
2 cups of water
250g of butter
2 cups of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of salt
6 eggs
Filling:
150g of cooked shrimp, diced
250g of cooked ham, diced
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of anchovy paste

For the rolls: In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil with the butter
Remove from heat and add all-purpose flour and salt in one go, stirring quickly until a homogeneous dough forms
Add each egg separately, beating well with a spoon until the mixture detaches from the sides of the saucepan
Let it cool to room temperature
For the filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the cooked shrimp, ham, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onion, and anchovy paste. Reserve
Cut each roll in half and fill with 1 tablespoon of filling
Serve hot or cold.
