4 to 6 large and firm tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 to 6 large and firm tomatoes, peeled and sliced

Arrange the tomatoes on a platter
Mix the remaining ingredients and place them over the tomatoes
Cover with plastic wrap for 4 to 6 hours.
