1/2 kg of tomatoes
1 green pepper
Chopped parsley
Green onion, finely chopped
Ricotta
Salad seasoning:
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
6 tablespoons of olive oil.
3 tablespoons of vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 kg of tomatoes
1 green pepper

Wash the tomatoes and cut them very fine
Cut off a part of the stem from the green pepper, remove the seeds and place it in boiling water for 2 minutes
Drain and cut into rings
Chop the green onion and parsley finely
Cover the bottom of a dish with tomato slices
Season with a bit of the seasoning blend and sprinkle with parsley and onion
Continue the layers until everything is used up
Refrigerate it and when serving, cover with pepper rings and fill with ricotta passed through a sieve
To season and so mix all the ingredients well.
