2 cups of whole wheat (200g) soaked for 4 hours
2 cups of chopped cabbage
For the seasoning
2 cooked egg yolks
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
6 green onions finely chopped
1 tablespoon of mustard in powder
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt and white pepper to taste

Cook the whole wheat in a lot of water for about 35 minutes, until it becomes soft
Drain, let it cool, and place it in a bowl along with the cabbage
Mash the egg yolks with a fork and mix with the rest of the seasoning ingredients
Add to the salad and stir well
Serve at room temperature.
