2 tablespoons (of soup) of finely chopped onion
1/4 cup of salad seasoning (olive, vinegar, salt and pepper)
lettuce
1/2 kg of veggie
2 tablespoons (of soup) of finely chopped onion

Cook and cut the veggie into small pieces or strips
Drain and refrigerate
Add the onion, seasoning, and mix gently
Taste and serve over lettuce leaves.
