2 ripe tomatoes, cut into 8 slices each (240g)
1 large carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 1 cup)
100g of fresh Minas cheese, cut into thin strips
100g of prosciutto, cut into thin strips
100g of cooked chicken breast, cut into thin strips (or turkey breast)
Mustard seasoning:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon mustard
Black pepper and salt to taste

Alternate layers of tomato, carrot, cucumber, cheese, prosciutto, and chicken breast
Serve with the seasoning
For the seasoning, mix all ingredients together and stir with a fork
Use about half a cup.
