Cut the ham into small cubes and drizzle with olive oil
Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a medium oven until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely
Wash the lettuce, radicchio, and celery under cold running water and dry them with a clean kitchen towel
Arrange the fresh leaves in a bowl and add the figs and prosciutto
Dust with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with ham cubes
Serve immediately.
