1 can of crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup of spicy ketchup
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 minced garlic clove
1/4 cup of vinegar
to taste salt
1/4 teaspoon of chili pepper sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups cooked black beans

Combine all the ingredients, with an abundance of black beans and olive oil, and let it sit for 10 minutes
Add the olive oil and black beans
Let it rest for 2 hours or more
Serve cold over lettuce leaves and sliced avocado if desired
Refrigerate for 4 portions.
