8 large lettuce leaves
2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 anchovy fillets
8 black olives, halved
1 can of tuna in flakes
1 green pepper, cut into strips
2 tablespoons of capers
For the dressing
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
black pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, minced

Cook the green pepper strips in water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly
Line a bowl with the lettuce leaves and arrange the salad ingredients on top
Prepare the dressing: mix together in a bowl olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic
Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad
