1 head of lettuce (260 g)
1/2 cup of arugula (300 g)
6 medium radishes (150 g)
4 medium tomatoes, seeded, cut into cubes (480 g)
For the dressing
6 anchovy fillets in oil, drained and finely chopped
4 slices of bread without crust
1/4 cup of vinegar (60 ml)
3/4 cup of olive oil (180 ml)
1 tablespoon of salt or to taste

Wash the lettuce and arugula, and dry with paper towels or a salad spinner
Set aside
Slice the radishes into thin strips and set aside
Make the dressing: blend all ingredients in a processor or liquidizer, adding slowly if necessary
Transfer to a small bowl or mold and reserve
In a large serving dish, arrange the lettuce, arugula, radish slices, and tomato cubes
Serve with the dressing on the side
