1 green bell pepper
1 sweet herb
1/2 cucumber
6 green onions
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
juice from 1 small lime
salt and pepper to taste

Remove seeds and white part from the green bell pepper and cut it into strips
Cut the sweet herb into pieces
Slice the cucumber lengthwise
Then cut each half into thin wedges (leaving quarter rodelas)
Chop the green onion
Combine everything in a large salad bowl
Mix the parsley with lime juice
Add to the bowl and mix well
Season to taste
Serve 4 times.
