1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apples
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup chopped white celery salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons mayonnaise (or more)

Toss the diced apples with lemon juice
Mix in the chopped celery salt and walnuts
Dampen with mayonnaise
Refrigerate until serving time
Serve on a bed of lettuce
