Season two salmon fillets, 400g each, with salt and black pepper
Grill and reserve
Prepare the glaze: sauté half a cup of chopped onion in a tablespoon of butter until golden brown
Add 200ml of orange juice, 20g of grated ginger, two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of herb mustard, and one teaspoon of ground green peppercorns
Let it simmer until reduced by half
Cool and add salt and honey to taste if needed
Serve the salmon with the glaze and roasted vegetables.
