1 Mix four tablespoons of lemon juice, yogurt, and mustard
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes
2 Drain the chicken breasts and season with the remaining lemon juice
In a skillet, heat the oil and butter and cook the chicken
3 Preheat the oven to 400°F
Arrange the strips in a baking dish, season with salt and black pepper, and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds
Place it in the oven for five minutes
Flip the strips and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on the other side
Place it back in the oven for another five minutes and serve.
