1 bunch of fresh parsley, cleaned
500g green papaya, diced
200g cooked prosciutto, thinly sliced
6 soup spoons of peanut butter
2 medium-sized carrots, peeled and grated
1/2 cup of chopped scallion greens
Squeeze of 1/2 lime juice
100g mayonnaise
4 soup spoons of mustard

Crumble the peanut butter roughly
Cut the cooked prosciutto into thin strips
Mix together the green papaya, half the scallion greens, carrots, prosciutto, and half the peanut butter with mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, and season with salt
Arrange fresh parsley on a platter, place the salad in the center, and sprinkle with the remaining peanut butter and scallion greens.
