Cut each sausage into a long strip
Mix the cheese, strong root powder, mustard powder, and English seasoning
Place the mixture inside the cut sausages
Arrange in a shallow baking dish
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over sausages
Roast in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Serve in quarters.
