1 kg of pork ribs

1 kg of mushrooms cut into small pieces

1 kg of mushrooms cut into small pieces
Remove excess fat and trim the pork ribs
Cut the ribs into smaller pieces
Blend the vinegar, onion, and parsley in a blender and pour it into a large saucepan
Add the pork ribs and fry until browned for about 40 minutes, adding water gradually as the meat cooks
When the meat is tender, add the mushrooms and more water if needed
Cook until the mushrooms are tender
Serve immediately
