1 small onion
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 can of tuna
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 eggs, separated
6 slices of white or black bread
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of grated Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice

Chop the onion
Fry in butter for a few minutes
Drain the tuna well and flake it
Mix with the warm onion, parsley, and egg yolks
Place on top of the bread
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Mix the mayonnaise with lemon juice and gently fold in the egg whites
Cover the bread slices with this mixture
Bake in a preheated oven (200°F) for about 10 minutes
Make 6 sandwiches.
