Wash the lettuce well and set aside some leaves
Slice the tomatoes into thin pieces. Reserve
Cut the baguettes in half lengthwise and spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on each half
Distribute the slices of cheese and salami between the baguette halves, topping with lettuce, tomato, and season with olive oil and oregano
Close the sandwiches and cut each baguette into four pieces.
