In a bowl, mix the cucumber, cream cheese, and tuna
Season with salt and English Worcestershire sauce
Place two lettuce leaves on each slice of bread
Divide the cream cheese and tuna mixture into two equal parts
Arrange on top of the lettuce leaves
Garnish with grated carrot
