1 filet or bengal of pão francas
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of mustard
3 pickled cucumbers, cut into slices
1/2 small onion, cut into rings
1 small tomato, cut into thin slices
300g of assorted cold cuts
200g of provolone cheese, cut into sticks
100g of Minas cheese, sliced

Cut the pão francas filet in half lengthwise and place on a work surface with the cut side facing up
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard and spread over the surfaces of the pão francas halves
Arrange all ingredients decoratively over the pão francas halves
Place on a plate and cut into slices
Serve 12 pieces.
